Booking Policy

To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

This deposit is:

  • Fully redeemable towards your treatment on the day.
  • Non-refundable for cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of your appointment.
  • Forfeited in the event of a no-show.

By paying your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to our booking and cancellation terms.

If you need to adjust your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

Cancellation Policy

At Unspoken Skin & Brows, we respect your time and ours.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a:

  • 50% fee of the booked service, or;
  • the entire service booked with a package.

If you have paid a deposit, this will be used towards the cancellation fee. If no deposit has been paid, you will be invoiced for the amount owing.

By paying a deposit or booking an appointment with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Dispatchment & Shipping Policies

Dispatchment & Shipping

Unspoken Skin & Brows aims to dispatch items the following business day. If the purchased item is out of stock, you will be contacted with a dispatchment estimate.

This policy excludes pre-order items. Please see item description for more information on pre-order items dispatchment times.

Unspoken Skin & Brows ships with Australia Post. Every package will include tracking, which provides an arrival estimate.

Duties & Taxes

All international deliveries may be subject to duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are unique to each region and they are the responsibility of the customer. In most cases, duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination. For more information on duties and taxes in your region, we recommend you visit your local customs website.  

Unspoken Skin & Brows reserves the right to deduct any costs incurred from orders that are refused at customs, including a redirection fee. 

Packages may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Please consider this when purchasing your order.

Return Policy

If your product is faulty, please contact hello@unspokenskinandbrows.com.au with your order # and images of the faulty product.

In line with ACCC guidelines, Unspoken Skin & Brows does not offer exchange, credit or refund for change of mind purchases. In exceptional circumstances, Unspoken Skin & Brows will offer an exchange or store credit to the value of your purchase (excluding shipping fees) upon management approval.

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
